Quiet location near old growth trees. Very quiet condominium This condo has cats so you can't be allergic. Modern design, hard wood floors. The building is locked so it is extra safe. Lots of light. Fully furnished room with soaking tub, shower and large bathroom. This room is for one occupant only. Very close to highway 85 and 87; near whole foods, peets, a bevy of little restaurants. My partner and I live on site-- i work both outside the home and at home.He works outside the home. Use of kitchen, no frying as the circulation is tricky. Use of washer and dryer. Bathroom is gorgeous with a soaking tub and lovely tile. We do watch TV at night but w e will negotiate noise level. ( we may move it if it's a problem. You: non smoker, vaper, drug user, partier. You need to be low key like us in other words. Communication is key to respecting boundaries. All utilities are included. We don't smoke. Parking is available in the open area. We have two adult cats.
