I’m glad you realized that I have 4 full baths, but I’m about to do a reno, and I’d like to start out with correct info. I notice that the finished portion of the basement isn’t included. Bungalows in the neighborhood are listed with similar square footage as my colonial, so obviously their basement is included. Why isn’t mine? From it’s construction, the basement has been half finished, with approximately 500 square feet of livable space; it should be in the original description with the county. The door opens to a patio, and in addition to the full bathroom, there’s a fireplace. The ceilings are a full 8’ height, wallboard, with no soffits or random drops. Yet, it’s not counted when obviously other basements are. I’ve asked this before: why not? Thanks — Cindy
