Valley Water District Lot 2. Water is at property (connection charges and meter fees due to VWD. Electric conduits installed (need wire pulled and pay fees to PSE). Buyer to verify sewer requirements and cost from City of Puyallup. District has installed 6" conduit that could potentially be used by all three lots to run grinder pump line from properties (in cul-de-sac) to entrance of the road, within 100' (see pictures and as-built). City of Puyallup has indicated building permits will not be issued until certain improvements are made to the plat, see Seller's Disclosure Form 17C for list of improvements the District has been made aware of). Note that the City will determine what improvements are needed to issue construction permits.
