Only minutes away from the NOHO art's district, the red line, bus stops, super markets, and major studios (Warner Bros. & Universal Studios). Near all major freeways. We occupy the main house. Our family's safety is very important to us so we prefer a renter who is drug and alcohol free. Renter must be a responsible, stable, and respectful individual who pays their rent on time, due on the 1st of every month. Max occupancy: 2 person (no exceptions).
