    Located 12 minutes from Norfolk and 30 minutes from Columbus. Contact Alecia at 402-340-3822 or Ed at 402-992-2410. Furnace was installed brand new by Volkman plumbing and heating in January 2020. It has a 10 year transferable warranty. A/C unit was inspected and repaired/serviced July of 19. There is a whole-home humidifier built/plumbed in to the central air that was also serviced when the furnace was put in in January. The water softener was inspected and serviced in July of 2018, in regular use since. There was a new Culligan reverse osmosis system installed in July of 2018. New appliances were installed in September of 2018. These include a french door w/bottom freezer refrigerator, a double oven/range, a range hood/microwave, and a top of the line dishwasher. All are a matched set in slate gray. All have a 5 year warranty. We are the last house on this road, with no neighbors to the East. The basement was finished years ago. It was removed in order to do a renovation, that has not been completed. The basement has all electrical and plumbing routed above the ceiling and is ready to finish. It is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house with attached 2 car garage. The garage is insulated but not heated. There is an stand-alone shed that is partially insulated and has its own wood furnace. It is also wired for power with its own breaker box. There is a pen and a coop for chickens. The shed does have mostly poured concrete floors, with a floor drain. There is a fenced-in yard with chain link that attaches to the deck that is approx 45'W x 60'L. There are two gardens with railroad tie borders. There are 5 apple trees next to the shed, 3 young trees along the North, and 5 evergreen adolescent trees to the East for shelter. Full width double-garage wide driveway that is concrete all the way to the road and a full-grown evergreen at that corner. Basketball hoop installed (backboard is fine, hoop needs replaced). The house has its own well (we just put a new pump on in April), its own propane tank (500 gallon and goes with the house, no contract needed), and own septic system (pumped 2018). It is on City of Madison power. The yardlight near the road was installed less than a year ago and is LED.
