Within the unit itself, there is an oversized walk-in pantry and the master closet is huge. This unit was recently renovated with new flooring and appliances. This is a pet-friendly complex and the monthly pet rent is only $25 with no pet deposit required. There is also free uncovered parking onsite. The building is also very quiet I never had any issues with noise. Then the staff is very friendly and accomodating. This complex is close to planet fitness and grocery stores. It is only about a mile off of the UIUC campus and is located on the green-line bus route. I have additional photos and videos of the unit available upon request. Tenant is only responsible for electric/gas. The lease is good until August 31st of 2020 with the option to renew.
