This is a private room with two large windows. There is a walk-in closet and the doors have passcode access as well as keyed access. The room is large enough to fit a queen sized bed and medium sized desk and is a perfect location in proximity to the University of Arizona campus. There are two bathrooms to be shared, a fully furnished living room and kitchen, covered parking, and in-unit laundry. The property has been renovated recently and there's a full sized couch to relax on with a TV. The walking closet has a built-in dresser that is very easy access and the ceiling fans have recently been replaced with updated designs and remote controlled. You honestly can't ask for a better situation for a student. This lease term is for 6 months. That is because I am moving out midway through my lease period and need someone to fill in. After that, renewal is likely to be offered for a 12 month period.
