PENDING *Hablo espanol* I have a 1350sqft Home in Fort Pierce that will be ready to rent by the end of the month. Property comes with updated appliances such as Gas stove, Large two door refrigerator, Washer and Dryer and large Microwave. The property also has a whole house water/air filtration system. Originally the house had 3 bedrooms but we converted the large enclosed florida room into an extra bedroom then to an extra living room. It had an extra AC unit that I currently have with me but it can be equipped with another one (I can get one, once it's rented out if needed and equip it). The house is partially furnished with curtains, sofa, fireplace, shevings, china cabinet, dresser and Queen size bed. I preffer to rent it with the furniture but if will become an issue I can get rid of it. I have a very LARGE fenced in backyard with a playground for kids. The back room has a door that leads to the backyard with a DOGGY door, very cool! And a one car garage. My neighbors are decent friendly people so the neighborhood is safe for kids. I need to rent my home out fast, I had a change in life circumstances and needed to move out in a hurry. I am interested in renting it out towards the end of the month because I need to finish painting, cleaning and organizing. As well as the backyard lawn needs to be properly tended to. I have a gentleman that cuts the lawn every month. Dogs and cats, other pets are ok by me. Kids are very welcome as well. There is a baby gate that is installed between the living room and the dinning room that can be removed but I will leave it just in case a family has a small child. BACKGROUND CHECKS REQUIRED (only concerning major things). Owner is in charge of their own utilities. FPL has gas, water, sewer and garbage all in one bill. No smoking inside the house. I need first, last and security but I am willing to work on the payment of the last months rent over time if needed depending on the circumstances.
