All parties will need to be on the lease agreement. House is fully furnished and is move in ready to go, bring your sheets and cloths and move right in. All utilities are hooked up and turned. Internet Flat screen tv in all rooms, fire sticks, tesla electric charger. We have rented the home for the past 10 years. 2005-2006 Winter Rental ONLY- easy move in. Willing to do a shorter term rental. No relator fees.- 2 bedroom 1.5 bath . All utilities will be paid by occupant. This includes, cable/internet, electric/gas, water/sewer. Also responsible for landscape and cleaning fee at the end of the lease term. Everything will stay in my name and bills will just be sent to occupant to be included in monthly rent.
