Bringing your car? You can purchase a permit to park on campus. My unit is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath unit, has a living room/dining room/fully furnished kitchen/desk/bed/dresser it’s on the 10th floor with greats view of Seattle. You will share space with 3 other students, but only share the bathroom with one other individual. The apartment is 1800 square feet of living space. The building has community areas where you can sit and relax. Pots and misc. cooking items are available for use, however toiletries, cleaning agents etc.. you must supply. Rent includes ALL utilities and furnishing, all you need to bring is your personal belongings. You are close to the Link and nearby restaurants and shopping. This is a MALE only apartment and you must be a student attending a college/university anywhere in the world. You are required by management to complete a sublease agreement with them.
