Plus, TPC Sawgrass, Guana River State Park, and Mayo Clinic are only a short drive away. Our house is fully equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. Our beach bungalow was designed specifically with short/long term tenants in mind. Stylish and relaxing. The two bedroom house also includes a living room, dining area, and kitchen. Parking will be absolutely no issue as we have off street parking for 2 cars and free street parking immediately in front of the house. Live like a Jax Beach local. The house has two beach cruisers available to facilitate your short ride to the beach, the park, Trader Joe's, or any restaurant located just minutes away. Additionally, we have two Tommy Bahama beach chairs and several beach towels for your use! The kitchen is fully stocked with high quality pots, pans, plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, knives, a coffee maker, a toaster oven, and more so cooking your favorite home cooked meal will be a breeze!
