Winter Perk: Equipped with radiant heated floors for the Chicago winters. The Shared Spaces & Amenities Upstairs Living Area: Massive, sunlit open-concept living room and dining space. Gourmet Kitchen: Features a center island, deep sink, and all stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, microwave, oven/range). Extras: Free in-unit washer and dryer located in the basement. The Application: We will do a standard credit/background check ($50), but if you have a recent screening report from the last 30 days, feel free to just send that over instead to save the cash. Guests: Friends and significant others are welcome. All I ask is that you be mindful of your roommates so the house doesn't feel overcrowded. Living Together: There are no strict house rules, just standard common courtesy. Clean up after yourself in the kitchen, respect quiet hours when people are sleeping or studying.
