No smoking inside the house is allowed. There is plenty of space for parking. The lease amount is subject to change depending on party size and duration of stay. We farm the property, so you will often see us coming and going from the property, although we never disturb the guests and we often drop off food and sweets from local eateries at the door for guests' enjoyment.
