If you do an internet search for "truila crime rate map erie pa" you will see that the apartment is located in one of Erie's safer neighborhoods (green). The map also shows which areas of the city to avoid. One bedroom, full bath, living room, eat-in kitchen with stove and refrigerator. Off street parking, front and large back yard, small deck in back. Residents are responsible for electric, gas and water/sewer. The average combined utility cost in this building is $100. a month. A one year lease is generally required. $500./month, $500. security deposit, no smoking, no pets. If you smoke or have pets, please look for an apartment that allows those things. We don't presently have any vacancies in units that allow those things. A minimum monthly income of $1200. is required. Not section 8 approved. An amateur video tour of the unit can be emailed to you upon request. NOTE: There is a special circumstance involving this particular apartment unit. The landlord stores items in the locked basement area under this apartment.
