Needs sea wall, property falling into the Clinton river. I have lost as much as 2 feet of land along the shoreline in the 10 years I have lived here. Basement floor gets up to 1 inch of water on it every time Clinton river rises over 1 foot over normal. Roof leaks in 2 spots. Central air does not work. Broken water pipe from freezing has shut down laundry room and main floor bathroom. Kitchen and upstairs bathroom need remodeling. Fireplace flue needs replacement.
