I have two rooms for rent. One is $1,000 and the other is $1,025 since it has a bigger closet. If you want to rent both rooms, I can do a package deal for $1,850 total. The bathroom would just be shared between the two rooms you're renting. If you only rent one room, it would be $1,000 or $1,025 depending on which room you choose, and I'll rent out the other room to someone else.
