It's a decent bedroom with a closet and 2 large windows has a queen sized mattress in it no bed frame 200$ deposit 500$ rent pay 1/3 utilities we have 3 Pomeranians. Small dogs welcome between 1-15 pounds we have a laundry setup. No dishwasher I wash dishes by hand on weekends.
