I have a large mobile home I need leased or rented. It's 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Lease rate is 450USD per month, rent is 700USD per month. It's currently situated in a part, their lot rent is 200USD, if I recall correctly. The house can be moved if you have a place you want to put it. The place has a very large living room and master bed-bath. The kitchen is very spacious too. There are hardwood floors in the kitchen, living room, and master bed. Master bath contains both a shower and a large tub. The other three bedrooms are the same size, about 2/3s the size of the master. There are hook-ups for washer and dryer, two newly built porches, a very large yard, and a storage shed. There's room for two cars by the back door, though you can fit more if you park on the grass. There's a walnut tree. The house has a neighbor on one side and it open on the other; it's at the very back of the park where things stay pretty quiet. Most of the place has just been repainted and all the cabinets have been refaced, it looks very good. I'll be up front about the few issues the place has. There is a tennis-ball sized hole in the wall in the master bedroom, which is an easy fix. The paint in the master bath needs a little bit of patching (I'll handle it if someone is interested). The roof doesn't have any holes, but the tree outside likes to drop branches and leaves on it and cause water backups in bad storms; if you just check on it every once in a while it's fine. That is all the relevant information, I think. I'll happily answer any questions about the place and do showings if anyone is interested. It's located in Knob Noster at the Knob Noster Mobile Home Park, near the car wash and cemetery. We'll want first and last month's rent, and the park will have to clear you to live there.
