    CAPTIVATING, CHARMING, RANCH BUNGALOW IN OAK PARK. We provide hand sanitizer, lysol spray, and gloves for your convenience. Please know that prior to your visit, we will sanitize all knobs, handles, and pulls. Light switches will be turned on. We mop our floors daily with alcohol. If you will, either, spray your shoes or remove them at the door. Sanitizing station is set up on the patio. We have lived here 3.5 years, previous owners renovated the kitchen, installed a new roof in 2015 and installed new windows. We assume previous owners renovated bathrooms as well, adding tile and some beadboard. We have added a deck off the master bedroom, a sliding glass door in master bedroom. A porch off the dining area in the family room with a new sliding glass door. The house was painted inside and out summer 2019, including trims and most ceilings. Living room and guest bedroom carpet was removed to reveal original hardwood flooring. We are told all hardwoods are Tarkett. We painted bath cabinetry and updated light fixtures, throughout the house to include ceiling fans in all rooms. Additional electric circuit was added to kitchen to accommodate modern appliances. Electric outlets were added to patio and back of home for morer outdoor living needs. Storage closet on patio was removed to provide better access to back year. Carpet was installed on the patio and shed porch. An entertainment cabinet was added to patio and houses a fireplace and a television(neither convey). A swimming poolpond was added spring 2018. While it could be converted to a fish and vegetation pond, we maintain it for swimming. It is approximately 3' deep with tiered seating and a waterfall. Runs year round. We removed several weathered trees, ground their stumps, added bushes, graveled the poolpond area with nice stepping stones. (more stones to be added asap and a few bushes will be replaced).
