There are four types/designs of homes in the subdivision. 1) Single story is about 2300 sq ft. 2) Next is 2 story around 2500 sq ft. 3) Next largest is 2687 sq ft. (mine). 4) Largest type is 3000 sq ft. The 5 homes in the cul-de-sac have a lot size ranging from 20,000 to 36,000 sq. ft.
