Delightful craftsman cottage that was moved to current location in the 1970'swith new roof put on 2 years ago. Old growth fir floors throughout. Huge clawfoot tub, It has a sun porch that even if it's well below freezing, if the sun it out, the porch will heat up enough to open the front door and keep the house warm. No baseboard heat. Replaced wall heater. Also has a built in ice box . Has a nice back porch that includes what we use as a tool room. Small pond next to the porch. Recently put in a flagstone patio. No intention of moving, we love our little house. We took it from ugly duckling to a cute craftsman.
