    This is the one!!! Wildlife everywhere and this property screams HOMESTEAD! Where else can you find 102 acres with a livable home on it for less than $8K per acre? The home is structurally sound but could use cosmetic updates. Seller will not make any repairs either required by the lender or requested by the buyer. House is to be sold absolutely as it sits.
