First of all, we are not smokers nor drinkers, and we cannot tolerate these actions. The monthly rent is $2050 for 3 people, not including electricity, gas and the internet. In fact the apartment doesn't have gas, but we are likely to have a stove powered by electricity. The security deposit is $2050 plus additional money depends no your financial situations. Pets are not allowed. The room is 1b1b for three people but I or the other roommate can sleep in the living room. The move in date starts on September 5th. The rent will end on August 31st, 2017. The room is unfurnished. The apartment is very close to the UCLA; 13 minutes walking distance. I did not take pictures because when I visit the apartment, residences were in the room.
