Hi, we're looking for 1 male roomate who is looking to sublet the apartment for mid June, July and August. It's a large, one bedroom and one bath apartment (800 sq. ft.). It's also fully furnished and clean with plenty of closet space, all the necessary amenities, and a balcony. I'm currently splitting the cost of the apartment ($2250/month - all costs included) with two other people (three people total). If you choose to share this apartment with two other people (very easy to do), the cost per person comes out to $750/month.
