It has 2 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large living room and kitchen as well as laundry room, it has two storages one on the porch and another one outside behind the trailer that are really big!!!! This mobile home is located on north tryon in kingswood a very calm area, it is in a convenient area with a dollar general right outside the neighborhood and a ikea,walmart, gasoline station, hispanic stores, tj max, burlington etc about 5 or 8 minutes away... The kitchen has been recently remodeled and everything else has been replaced not too long ago. The only con is that the a/c doesnt work it has 2 wall air conditioners.. One is small but the other one is big, it can cool off the whole trailer...... It will be left with appliances such as washing and drying mashines, refrigerator, stove, a heater, a desktop desk, and a couple more appliances... Serious people who are ready to buy only thank you!!!! SE HABLA ESPAÑOL!!!!
