Meow Wolf is within walking distance, and everything else in Santa Fe is minutes away by car. This is a real home, not a hotel. I work from home and am here most of the time. I cook often. The space is best suited for someone who appreciates a calm, respectful household. The room includes: Bed Desk Closet Dresser Utilities + WiFi included Bathroom is shared with one male household member. There are two large, friendly dogs in the home. They occasionally get rambunctious and will bark at times. You must genuinely like dogs. Kitchen use is permitted. Cleaning is shared / self-managed (this is not a serviced rental). $750/month (first and last month required). 30+ day stay preferred.
