We have completely remodeled this home one room at a time. Two full baths have NEW floors w/ sub floors, and NEW sinks. In one bathroom we have knocked down a wall, NEW none slip tub, with beautiful stone tile back splash. other has a NEW shower and NEW Aqua Saver toilet. We not only ripped out old carpet, but also all floors and replaced them with NEW floors and sub floors. Carpet was replaced with NEW very pretty laminate hardwood floors. NEW hot water tank also installed along with a NEW door to create an easier access to the hot water heater. We just built a NEW nice size deck even includes a built in bench on one side. The deck is fully handicap accessible with a wide ramp. We even built the railing around the porch out of (the expensive) plastic wood (same as what was used to build the playgrounds at the park) so their is no worry about getting a splinter while using the rail to walk up.
