I have a beautiful 4 bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood,newer house with gorgeous view, large back yard with fruit trees. I like to Rent 3 rooms, upstairs which is like in-law unit with it's own living room, full bathroom and a bedroom,the person can place a small fridge upstairs,but full use of the Kitchen down stairs and washer dryer for $1300, plus utilities, preferably to a professional or an older retired person. The other 2 rooms are down stairs in one seperate hallway, each room for $850 or one person can rent both rooms for $1600 use one room as living room/office,other room as bedroom, or 2 seperate adults sharing one full bathroom, full access to Kitchen, washer dryer, and back yard. I prefer adults who work or retired, no smoking, no pets. Myself live in the master bedroom on different section of the house down stairs. The house designed as 3 different sections thus all semi private. Access to bus, shopping,restaurants schools, and the park is just behinde the back yard. No pets, No smoking, no drugs and no excess drinking. 6 months lease with option to extend. Deposit for each section equal to the rent, upstairs unit deposit is $1300, down stairs rooms $850 each room or each room $850 deposit. I like quiet, clean professional or retired persons who has not many dramas, so we can live peacefully like a family. Down stairs 2 Rooms share a hallway, if they prefer they can get a Small fridge to place in the hallway to use, but still they can use the nice fully granite kitchen, with gass stove to cook. I have 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, one with its own living room to rent. It can be rented to 2 ir 3 people in total. Owner pays for sewer, garbage, and association fees, renters pay for water, electricity/gas, and internet if shared divided by number of roomates.
