I am looking for a female roommate to take over my lease for my apartment in Westwood. The room is shared with two other girls, both who are students at UCLA. The apartment is furnished; it comes with a bed, desk and furnished living room/kitchen. Laundry is located in the living room, which is super convenient. Rent is $650 a month, not including utilities. The lease would be from ASAP-August 31, 2015. The apartment is quiet, pet free and walking distance to UCLA and Westwood.
