It has a pellet stove for heating and electric HVAC as well as air-conditioning and an on-site washer and dryer. Mostly furnished house including tv, couch, queen mattress etc (basic necessities). Bed is lifted, house is unfortunately not handicap accessible. Outdoor shed with storage space provided. Renter pays rent which includes sewage, water, electric etc. Dogs allowed, but yard is not fenced. No cats or smoking. Available for short or long term rental.
