The rental has oak floors in all the rooms except the kitchen and two good size closets in the two bedrooms. A third option is also available ! The kitchen has quality deep cherry wood finished cabinetry and a mauve designer stone floor. I mentioned that there was a third closet option and that's in the kitchen. The kitchen has an additional storage area that easily converts to a third closet. The windowed BATHROOM is solid with a contemporary fixtures including a large bathtub .
