This Boulder Creek home is creekside in a beautiful redwood forest with an open, spacious floor plan. Additionally, it is less than a 5-minute drive to town. There are many interesting and fun things to do in the area since it is near 2 State Parks, several wineries, as well as Santa Cruz which is approximately 30 minutes away. This is a fully furnished home over looking a creek in the forest. There is a 3 month minimum stay with all utilities included. Also included, is assess to the community pool, which is open during the Summer months, except on Mondays for maintenance. We have a no smoking policy within the house. There is a $400 cleaning fee which is not refundable. Not include with this lease is a detected garage which is part of 121 Acorn Drive.
