They will also have use of the garage, private yard and would have the master bedroom (as shown in pictures- now painted tan but unfurnished). Roommate needs to be pet friendly as 2 lovable dogs reside in the home. No other pets please. No children. I am looking for a single person, female preferred but not required at this time, who is trustworthy and professional. Rent is $750 - utilities included,- electricity, heat, hot water. Occupancy for August 1st- could be negotiable.
