This is a 17 acres land on lake Jordan with creek, small rapids, hiking trails, multiple build sites and a total 210ft of shoreline (according to the survey done in 2021). It has a dock. The lake front area has a slope but buildable, I had the soil test, flood report and building plan and permit done, just decided not to build in the very last minute and built a small log cabin instead. Please note that the log cabin is just a room. No bath. There is a separate outhouse a little far from the cabin. Someone planning to live there full time will have to build a house. Water and power available at the street and the lot has multiple build sites. I have built gravel road that goes all the way down to the cabin/water and installed seawall since I purchased the land.
