It has a covered out door space that can be used to watch the back forest, enjoy coffee without getting wet. The community has a golf course, nice restaurant, close to the city yet very private. Renters are responsible for all utilities, garbage, gas. We require a one year lease. no smoking inside the home. The neighborhood is very peace full, lots of deer stop by very often. Great neighbors. Small pets might be ok.
