This villa features large master bedroom with outdoor lanai, double cedar lined walk in closets and large master bathroom. There is a separate sitting room with private mini-bar located adjacent to this room. This master adjoins either a den for home office or you could make this an additional living space. There is a captain quarter room upstairs with private entrance- featuring private bathroom and vanity area. There can be 2- 3 beds in this space. Lots of windows and light throughout to allow the ocean breeze inside. There is no air conditioner. There is a large living room overlooking the beautiful ocean and Hilo Bay along and a large kitchen. This is an active B&B with 4 guest rooms located below. Everyone at Hale Kai can share the outdoor pool and grounds. There is a shared laundry room located off the kitchen and has a lock off door. Our B&B housekeeper uses the laundry daily during the day until 4pm. You are then welcome to use the laundry after 4pm until 8am the following day. The Housekeeper has separate entrance to laundry area and does not enter the villa. Housekeeping service is not included, but we are happy to introduce you to our Housekeeper if you would like to arrange for these services separately. There is a 2 car garage which provides for 2 cars maximum for this villa. There is no street parking or parking in the spaces in front of the villa as there is one assigned parking space for each B&B room. Please note that this is a quiet villa- we want all who stay at Hale Kai to enjoy their time here. Quiet hours are from 8pm to 8am daily. Please no parties or events. No smoking and no pets. B&B guests downstairs do not have any access to the upstairs villa- it is a private unit. Maximum of 2 adults- due to unfenced swimming pool and large fenced lanai, this rental is not ideal for small children. Monthly rental is $5,500 per month including utilities and Wi-Fi. First month rent and $5,500 security deposit due at lease signing. Available immediately. We will accept month to month rental. Please feel free to reach out if any questions.
