At the same time, this option is significantly better financially than other Landsby units: 1. It's about 25% cheaper overall since you'll get a month free (I'll cover that out of pocket). 2. The current lease runs through July 7, 2026. After that, you can renew it 3. It's the largest 1-bedroom on the floor.
