All rooms have windows including bathroom and kitchen, and the bedrooms are both large enough to fit queen size beds (the bigger room could almost fit a king). No elevator. Three flights up! High enough that it's nice and quiet, low enough that you're not going to be out of breath going up the stairs :) Extremely well run building. Great landlord who lives in the building and is extremely responsive. This is simply THE best neighborhood in New York. Completely safe, very very well connected with subway, wonderful active and vibrant area. The following trains are walking distance: A, B, C, D, E, F, M, R, W, 1, 2, 3, 6. VERY easy application, guarantors welcome, foreign students welcome. No application fee. No broker fee. No processing fee. JUST. NO. FEES.
