The house is a 1960s trailer. I bought it eight years ago has a 8 x 8 deck and 8 x 12 shed the side yard is fenced in for privacyI have redone all the plumbing redid the floors, the ceiling, the walls remodeled the bathroom put in a new refrigerator new stove and a washer and dryer has a standup shower, new hot water heater and heats with a woodstove. You can heat the trailer with a small electric heaters too if you’re not used to woodstove
