It has a large wrap-around front porch with amazing sunset views and great views of the river when the leaves are not on the trees. The property has several hundred yards of river frontage. Most of the house has not been updated since the 1950's or 1960's and does need work. Original/older hardwood floors. Central heat downstairs. Large yard and 3 fenced areas including a multiple acre pasture... 8 total acres and an older barn and several outbuildings are on the property. Acreage, barn and outbuildings may possibly be used for the right renter most likely for an additional monthly charge and are NOT included in the listed monthly rental rate. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom/office downstairs (the downstairs bedroom would have originally been used as a parlor, but we used it as a bedroom and then an office). Pets are also welcome, but are not included in the listed price. We'd love someone to move in who could help us slowly, one room at a time remodel this old farm house. No smoking or vaping under any circumstances, either inside or outside or anywhere on the property. Our horses and goats are still stabled here and will need to stay here for now.
