Shared common areas include a secured entry space, a shared visitors area, shared bathroom, shared breakroom. Renter pays $300 per month for rent and pays for their own internet. Trash is located to the rear of the property. Utilities are paid by owner; taxes are paid by owner. Renter is encouraged to have renter's insurance, but we do not enforce. Our insurance only covers our building (not your content). Owners handle snow removal & mowing There is front off street parking Owner pays utilities & taxes. Renter purchases renter's insurance.
