When it says everything is within walking distance it really is. We walked to get groceries from a store around the block, walked to the beach and walked to the arcade and restaurants! The ability to sit outside and watch the sunset and have dinner was amazing. There's a lot to do in the area including go-karts, putt-putt, movies as mentioned arcade. It's family friendly and our family will stay again. 8 month maybe 9, we are flexible and can work something out that is mutually beneficial.
