The studio features a built-in oven/microwave w/ vent hood, 2 electric radiant cook tops (there's room for 2 more if desired), washer/dryer, disposal, Mini-split HVAC, storm/security door with screen and a small deck as well as a 4' x 8' storage shed with a deadbolt lock. There is 1 assigned off-street/off-alley parking spot for a small car as the parking pad is shared, ample street parking available. The best tenant for the studio will be mostly quiet and considerate of the current tenant in the house and the neighbors, always clean up after your pet and generally respectful of others. There is no smoking on the property and no loud or large gatherings. Water and electric are included but the tenant is responsible for cable/internet. A one year lease is desired but I will consider other terms, including furnishing the studio under certain conditions. All relevant deposits and the first months rent are due upon signing the lease. The lease is for the studio apartment, 1 assigned parking spot (small car) and the assigned storage shed only. If you have a pet, you are required to properly clean up and dispose of all feces etc..immediately. Renter's insurance is required and the pet fee is non-refundable, sorry.
