It's located in the Aqua Blu building in Newport, Jersey City. The photos are taken from inside the apartment. All windows in the apartment are facing east, hence ample light during the day. Lot of privacy as well as there is no other building across the windows and always very quiet as no traffic / noise etc. Washer / dryer are inside the apartment, enough storage capacity and walk-in closet in the bedroom. The building has gym, lounge, nice lobby and very friendly staff as well as swimming pool access that's located in another building. Our current lease at $2,670 is less than market rate by around $200 since we started the lease during winter when rates are usually lower.
