Neighborhood Description VERY QUIET, FAMILIES OF ALL AGES. This neighborhood was built by MLB. I believe there are only 49 homes in this subdivision. Our neighborhood has a cookie exchange once a year during the winter holiday season as well as most of us gather to enjoy eachothers fireworks together as well as we can see the huge fire works at the HS from our front yards.
