This is a beautiful, two story home with lots of outdoor space in a small town. It comes with a large garage, and a nice outbuilding for storage. It has three bedrooms upstairs, and the sun room could be used as a nursery or another bedroom if you wanted. It has a large living room with a fireplace. When the previous tenant moved out, we discovered that the house needed some work. In the last month, we have cleaned it, painted the walls, and laid carpet downstairs, and replaced the flooring in the kitchen. We discovered that the floors underneath were all hardwood, so that was a nice discovery. We replaced the toilet in the bathroom, and plan to replace the bathtub. The renter who just moved out said the roof did not leak, but it does need to be re-shingled fairly soon. The trim outside also needs to be painted.
