Looking for someone to take over my lease of this sun-soaked studio in downtown Bloomington! This spacious unit has been such a wonderful place to live, and if it weren't for emergency extenuating circumstances, I would stay here happily for my entire degree! This apartment includes wood floors, ample closet space, a nicely sized kitchen, and plenty of room for separate living room, bedroom, and office spaces, as you can see. Three big windows let in gorgeous afternoon light! Laundry is in the building, just down the hall, and shared with three other units, which is so convenient! The lease would be through July 31st, 2025, with the option to renew. Water is included in the price of rent, but tenant pays for electricity and internet. Pets are not allowed, with an exception for service and emotional support animals (my emotional support cat lives here now!). This location is extremely convenient to downtown Bloomington, with lots of bars, restaurants, and stores within easy walking distance. The university is also close by, as is a bus station. I'm moving out in mid-December, and will be deep cleaning the unit prior to leaving (including bleaching away the pink hair dye stains on the bathroom sink and shower, haha!).
