The 4-plex is on Weeping Willow Ln, a cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Bridgewater surrounded by farm land on three sides. At the end of the street is the entrance to the Arboretum. There is a lockable small storage area just outside the entrance. The only things furnished are the kitchen appliances -- Dishwasher, Range, built-in microwave, & Refrigerator. The tenants would pay for all utilities -- electric, water (includes sewer & trash pickup), phone, & cable. There are hook-ups off the kitchen for standard sized side-by-side washer & drier, but these appliances are not furnished. The kitchen is galley type & is separated from the eating area by a bar. There is a small pantry off the kitchen. The two bedrooms & the bath are off a hallway. Although partly underground all the rooms except the kitchen have windows. The Unit is all-electric with a heat pump for central air & heating. The apartment buildings in the subdivision were all well built and appointed by the same company. The subdivision is quiet and very popular. Since new rugs & vinyl are only a year old NO DOGS OR CATS allowed under any circumstances. The apartment is available 1May2019.
