To go downtown Denver just hop on C470 and you are just 20-25 minutes away. Besides being so close to Red Rocks you can also catch I70 and head up to the ski slopes. Loveland is less than an hour away. Beat the traffic by staying in the foothills. Ski during the day and catch a show in downtown Denver at night. Golden is a close 10-15 minutes away and Boulder is a short 30 minute drive. Take a walk on Pearl Street Mall in Boulder and enjoy the Flatirons. There are hiking and biking trials that start in downtown Morrison. Bear Creek Lake park is 1 mile away. It offers swimming, fishing, hiking and golf.
