Beautiful, northwest facing, 23rd floor apartment in the Country Club Towers II & III - West Tower. We are moving out of state and need someone to take over the last 6 months of our lease from October 24th 2022. The lease goes through April 24th 2023 and could be renewed at that time. Amazing views of the city and mountains, amenities (heated pool/hot tub, free food & coffee, events, etc.), and location! Can't be beat in Denver! Renter is responsible for utilities, internet, parking, & pet rent/deposit, if applicable. This would be a lease transfer, so you accept the apartment as is (its in great condition) and you would inherit the $500 deposit which would be returned to you at the end of the lease (assuming no damage). Lease end is April 24, 2023 at which time you could renew with the building management if you wished.
